Tonight was cookie baking night, and we learned the value of hard work. Emily, Ethan, and Carissa helped me pick the rhubarb in our yard. We then washed it, cut it, and made strawberry rhubarb crisp (2 pans). Fun was had by all.

Wonderful! Looks like they had a great time, and making one of my favorite desserts at that! I'm afraid to say that I did not do a lot of hard work heating some of it up later that night, and enjoying it with a bit of ice cream. :)
