Tip of the Day (Smoothies)

In our home these days, we're big fans of fruit smoothies (okay, my mom and I are big fans of fruit smoothies, the guys not so much). Here's how we make them:


1 cup frozen fruit of choice (we divide this up ahead of time and keep it in baggies in the freezer).


1 container of yogurt (flavor and variety of choice)


Half cup of water


Pour ingredients into blender and blend at high speed until smooth.


Place in fancy plastic "smoothie" cup with lid and insert fancy "smoothie" straw.
