1 Corinthians 1:28-31

For consider your calling, brothers: not many of you were wise according to worldly standards, not many were powerful, not many were of noble birth. But God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong; God chose what is low and despised in the world, even things that are not, to bring to nothing things that are, so that no human being might boast in the presence of God. And because of him you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, righteousness and sanctification and redemption, so that, as it is written, "Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord."

What to Expect From This Blog

Here's what you can expect me to post about on this blog:

Cookie Baking Nights (The nieces and nephews come to our house every other Monday and I post about our adventures together).

Evangelism (Since the moment God saved me through Jesus Christ and changed my heart I've had a desire to tell others about Him. So, from time to time I'll post about how an introvert who is a chicken at heart goes about doing that).

Musings (The rest of the posts will be about how to filter the daily activities of this world through the lens of the Bible. As I dissect some daily moments in just that way, I'll share them here with you).
